just to share of our experince during our stay at water paradise resort:
cleaning of rooms:
we arrived last wednesday and they had their room cleaning only last saturday. i ask if they could clean our room…instead they take the used plates.no inspection done (the garbage bins, the floors, the bath room)haist! so disappointing, i have been to other resorts & hotels in other places but i haven’t experience this kind of poor service never!
we ask if we have a service to panglao … they said it was just a dropping point , we agreed..then they said that just inform us if we already want their van to pick up us later in the evening just call or text them… we text them at 7pm. no reply. we call them at 7:30pm. they arrived at 9pm… heller! its just a 30mins drive from the resort. huh!
then we already advice the staff that we’ll be leaving early sunday morning.so they said that they’ll just serve our breakfast early. we ask if she can check whether we have extra charges.she said all was settled. then we approached front desk for our check out around 5:30am no receptionist onduty! (we have to be at the tagbilaran port at 6am) then suddenly the staff (same staff we approached last night) said that we still have to pay for the remaining charges. i ask what charges she said “i don’t know”. “we already asked last night so that today we dont have to hurry today!”
until another staff arrived saying the same reasons but they don’t know what charges so that we can settle it asap . we are cramming for the 7am fastcraft schedule. the staff called their boss and ask.then i ask if its the extra person- i have already pay that as he arrived last friday! my goodness its already 6am and we’re still at the front desk waiting for nothing!… called the boss again.. then she said that ” ah ok its already paid”… “that’s all?” you spending 30mins at this front desk is really a waste of time because are scheduled to board at 7am bound for Cebu… i said ” you know what you have endorsed whatever is need to be endorsed so that you will not cause delays for other itineraries of the your guests.

hay naku! nakaka-highblood!!! the good thing — ung nasakyan naming multicab agreed to bring us up to the port even if its out of way,

i still have plans to come back in Bohol… but for sure i will never ever choose that resort again for accomodation
